Exhibitor Information
You are invited to participate as an exhibitor at the
Oregon Parenting Education and Support Conference '08
April 28 and 29, 2008
Hilton Eugene Hotel and Conference Center
The conferenvce is presented by Parenting Now! in collaboration with The Ford Family Foundation, The Oregon Community Foundation, and OSU Extension Family and Community Development. Approximately 300 attendees are expected, including parent educators, home visitors, mental health professionals, social service professionals, direct service providers, program directors, students, pediatric professionals, early childhood educators, faith based family and children’s pastors, family readiness group facilitators, and others who work with children and families.
We will provide times during the day for attendees to visit your table. This will be special time during which regular conference sessions are not scheduled.
The event opens with registration at 7:30 am and continues until 5 pm. On Monday evening, between 5 - 7 pm, you may keep your booth open prior to a special dinner for conference attendees and guests from the community. In addition to providing space at the conference, each exhibitor will have:
- Your exhibitor name listed on the Parenting Now! Conference '08 web site and in the printed program
- An opportunity to include promotional items, brochures, etc. with your company logo in every attendee’s bag
A limited number of 8’ foot tables will be available for exhibitors.

If you are a Sponsor or would like to be one, view the Sponsorship page. Depending on the level of your sponsorship, table space is free or discounted.
Please print and complete the General Table/Space Agreement and return it to Parenting Now! (see instructions on Agreement). Exhibitor spaces are limited so an early response will secure your space. The submission deadline for General Table/Space Agreement is Wednesday, April 16, 2008.

Promotional Material Details for Conference Bags
- Deliver all magnets, pens, or other items to be included in attendees' conference bag by Wednesday, April 23, 2008 to Parenting Now!/Birth To Three, 86 Centennial Loop, Eugene, OR 97401,
Attention: Rick Brown.
- We reserve the right to approve all items to be included in the conference bags. Please note: Green items are highly prized by attendees.
Exhibitor Details
- 8’ table in a 10’ x 6’ space.
- Contact the Cody Perston, Hilton Eugene Convention Services Manager at (541) 342-6653 to arrange for facilities at your expense e.g. pipe and drape, phone, internet, power, etc.
- Setup must be complete by 7:30 am Monday April 28, 2008 for Fire Marshall Inspection
- Setup can begin Sunday, April 27 at 3:00 pm or Monday, April 28 at 6:00 am. All items setup in exhibitor space are your responsibility at all times and will not be secured by Hilton or conference staff. Oregon Parenting Education and Support conference staff will not provide assistance with exhibitor merchandise or product. Exhibitors must staff their own spaces or risk the possibility of lost merchandise.
- To attend workshops, lunch, etc., exhibitors must submit a paid registration for Oregon Parenting Education and Support Conference '08 for each person attending workshops, etc. and schedule in another person to staff the table.
- Spaces must be cleared by 7:15 pm on Monday and by 2:00 pm on Tuesday.
Tips
- Please review the program schedule at https://www.parentingnow.org. Attendees will populate the exhibitor area most heavily in the morning between 7:30 and 8:30, at breaks at mid morning and mid afternoon, and Monday betweeen 5 and 7 pm.
- For retail items, bring a variety of merchandise in order to accommodate the culturally diverse shopping habits of the expected 300 conference attendees.
